While it hasn’t been all that long between drinks for the Team APM / Fabre Australia Top Alcohol Dragster team, driver Aaron Hambridge is over the moon with the win at the Willowbank winter nationals on the June long weekend.

Despite using some new and untested equipment on board the state-of-the-art dragster chassis, Hambridge put in an outstanding effort knocking off Debbie Reed (who was in line to win the overall championship if she beat Hambridge) in the final.

The APM / Fabre Australia dragster which is powered by Manley Performance products in the top end and MGP con rods in the bottom end has enjoyed great success in events gone by but it is great to see the win come the way of this privately built team.
